Hubert H. Humphrey
Fellowship 2023
The Humphrey Fellowship
brings young and mid-career professionals from designated countries to the
United States for a year of non-degree graduate-level study, leadership
development, and professional collaboration with U.S. counterparts.
Applications are currently invited from eligible candidates worldwide for the
next edition of the program.
Functioning as a
non-degree initiative, the Humphrey Fellowship program presents a treasure
trove of avenues for advancing professional growth. This is achieved through a
curated selection of university courses, active participation in conferences,
expansive networking opportunities, and hands-on practical work engagements.
Across 26 nations, the
stewardship of the Humphrey Fellowship Program is overseen by a Binational
Fulbright Commission. In the remaining participating countries, the Program’s
operations are skillfully managed under the purview of the Public Affairs
Section of the U.S. Embassy. This collaborative approach ensures effective
administration and the seamless execution of the program’s objectives on a
global scale.
